What Is It?

The Lifeline QR Sticker is placed inside a key safe or other location within your home or personal belongings —  When the key safe is opened, the QR code is immediately visible. A quick scan gives responders access to your secure emergency profile: your medical history, conditions, medications, allergies, next of kin, and any other information you choose to share.

How It Works

1. Purchase your Lifeline QR Sticker — you will receive your unique QR sticker(s) by post.
2. Complete your secure emergency profile — after purchase, you will be redirected to a secure online form. Fill in the information you want emergency responders to be able to access.
3. Your QR profile is created — once your form is submitted, your personalised emergency profile is linked to your unique QR code.
4. Place the sticker inside your key safe or other location — position it clearly so it is visible when the key safe is opened.
5. Place the FREE larger sticker in a secondary location — inside the home, on the fridge, or in a care folder, for additional visibility.
6. Update your information whenever you need to — your profile remains under your control at all times and a simple request to update will result in a secure update link sent to you.

Who can scan the QR code?
Anyone with a smartphone camera can scan the code. However, the system is designed for use in genuine emergencies by ambulance crews, police officers, firefighters, carers, and family members and good Samaritans. 

What information should I include in my profile?
You decide. Common entries include medical conditions, DNAR/Respect forms, current medications, allergies, GP details, and next of kin contact information. Include whatever would be most useful to someone helping you in an emergency.

Can I update my information?
Yes. Your profile can be updated at any time, quickly and easily.

Is this affiliated with the NHS?
No. The Paramind Medical Lifeline system is an independent product developed by Paramind Medical Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NHS or any government health service.

What happens if I lose my sticker?
