All images are handled securely, used only to create the requested sticker, and permanently deleted once the order has been completed.

We collect a single photograph of a child only where a parent or legal guardian has provided explicit consent.

The image is used solely to create the personalised sticker requested and is accessed only by the individual producing the artwork.

Images are stored securely and permanently deleted within 30 days of order completion.

We do not share images with third parties, use them for marketing, or retain them for future orders.

Parents or guardians may request deletion of an image at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where uploaded images raise safeguarding concerns or appear to have been provided without appropriate consent.
